All insurances are not created equal…

•  Work Comp Insurance always covers therapeutic massage

•  Auto Accident Insurance always covers therapeutic massage

•  Health Insurance rarely covers massage  (notice we said "rarely" not never!) Check yours out.

•  Just because your doctor prescribed it, doesn't mean your insurance company will approve it

If you have a prescription for massage from your Doctor, but don't have insurance coverage, ask about our Prescription Plan

•  Bring in your prescription and your insurance information (even if your insurance doesn't cover the service)

•  Commit to the amount of sessions your doctor has prescribed

•  Pay only $45.00 per session

•  Pay up front for all prescribed sessions

•  If you can't afford to pay  up-front, we'll spread out your payments so you can afford it.

•  Payments are made by recurring bank card payments

Things to Know…

•  Initial consultation is FREE

•  Liv Health Centers will contact your doctor to verify your prescription

•  A signed agreement for payment of the full amount (all sessions prescribed) will be required

•  Payments can not be less than $25 per week

•  Sessions will not begin until prescription has been verified and payment agreement signed
