Arriving for Your Session

Plan to arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment.  This allows time to check in, change and consult with your therapist prior to the beginning of your session.

Payment

We accept: Cash, Local Checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  Liv Health Centers Members may charge to their account.

Appointment Times

Reservations are recommended in order to guarantee the availability of your desired service(s) and times.  Walk-ins are accommodated if possible.

Hours

Liv Health Centers are open Monday through Saturday.  Sundays by appointment

Cellular Phones & Pagers

Please remember to turn cellular phones and pagers off prior to your session

Children

Child care is available at the Lone Tree Center for a "Drop In" rate

Gratuities

Optional.  Never expected, but greatly appreciated.

Cancellations

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice  will be charged 50% of total service(s) cost. Thank you for your understanding
