Jane Arian, President & Founder
Ever since I was a young girl, growing up in Malibu, California, I’ve been fascinated by the mechanics of the human body. I used to dream of becoming a surgeon. Not a nurse or a physician – I wasn’t particularly interested in taking care of sick people - I just wanted to be able to fix ‘em if they’re broke.
As it happened, life interfered with that childhood dream, and instead of going to med school, I became a wife, a mother of 3 sons, and became stuck deep in the ruts of Corporate America.
It wasn’t until my sons were grown that I was finally able to fulfill my dreams of practicing medicine, albeit alternative medicine. At an age when a lot of folks start looking forward to retirement, I became what I like to think of as an Organic Mechanic. I went back to school in 2001and received my AOS in Massage Therapy, graduating at the top of my class and earning membership in the Alpha Beta Kappa National Honor Society. During that time, I also “discovered” energy work and became a Certified Reiki Therapist. A year or so into my massage & Reiki career, I had the great honor of being mentored in Ancient Energy Healing Concepts by renowned Cherokee medicine woman, Eva Black Tail Swan.
In 2007, after working closely as a massage therapist with various local chiropractors, doctors, physical therapists and personal trainers, I founded my own massage clinic, specializing in injury rehab and post surgery recovery. Due to my interest in all aspects of body building (my husband is a body builder) and my familiarity with the injuries and needs that occur with athletes of all types, plus having the good fortune of having Jennifer Schoffstall, CMT and Bodywork Specialist Extraordinaire (now the VP of Operations for Liv) on staff, my little medical massage clinic evolved into what is now Liv Health Centers.
I continue to sit on the board of advisors for The 2nd. Wind Fund of Douglas County, a nonprofit dedicated to the prevention of teen suicide and in 2009, I had the honor of being named Professional of the Year representing the Healthcare Industry by Cambridge Who's Who.
My goal is to eventually place Liv Health Centers in gyms across Colorado. I truly believe that a Gym Membership plus a Liv Membership = Maximum Health.

I have always had a passion for helping people. I found my calling with massage therapy after a 15 day raft down the Grand Canyon. After surviving my journey down the river, I revived my sense of adventure and started my new journey in the world of massage therapy.
As a child athlete, I experienced several injuries and rehab scenarios and realized IF ONLY I would have had massage for those times, I would be much better off today! I love helping people feel better and that’s why I specialize in injury rehab. Whether it’s a tweaked shoulder or recovering from back surgery, I know I can help and I get results. Making a difference in people’s health is my job’s greatest reward.
I would be honored to be a part of your journey to better health.
